- Katie believe success is not found within 1 session, but rather over a series of sessions. Therefore, Katie does not sell training on a 1 by 1 basis. All training programs are custom designed in length based on each individual client's needs.

What is the cost of a Personal Training Package?
Personal Training takes into consideration various factors:
location, frequency, goals, timeline and resources. Because of this,
programs cost vary significantly. The minimum frequency is 4x/month.
The lowest monthly package for 1 person is $360.
The lowest monthly package for 2 people is $480.
Average client cost for 1 person/month: 8x/month = $720

What is the average training Package?
- All packages are designed on a monthly basis. The average in-person training sessions in a monthly package are 8 sessions. In addition to the hourly sessions, clients will also receive the following:
- Customized workouts for on your own
- Nutrition Recommendations
- 24 hour support
